Dr. Santosh Kumar is a distinguished agricultural scientist specializing in horticulture and vegetable science. He earned his B.Sc. in Agriculture from U.P. College, Varanasi, and completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Ayodhya. Currently serving as Senior Scientist-cum-Head at ICAR Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Nicobar, he has made notable contributions to agricultural research, extension, and innovation. Dr. Kumar has published over 40 research papers, authored three books, and led several externally funded projects. His excellence has been recognized through prestigious awards, editorial board memberships, and design patents, reflecting his dedication to advancing sustainable agriculture and rural development.
