Dr. Sudhanand Prasad Lal is currently an Assistant Professor cum Scientist, Department of Agricultural Extension Education, PG College of Agriculture, RPCAU, Pusa, MoA&FW, Govt. of India. He pursued his B.Sc. Ag. (Hons.) from CSA University, Kanpur, in 2012 and received Chancellors gold medallist. He did his MSc from ICAR- National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal-132001, (Haryana) in 2014 & was awarded a merit certificate in the Social Science & Management group. He did his Ph.D. Agricultural Extension Education on 12th March 2018 and received Ph.D. best thesis Directors Gold medal at ICAR-NDRI, Karnal from Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra, Secretary (DARE) & Director General (ICAR) Krishi Bhavan, New Delhi. He is the recipient of NTS in B.Sc., JRF in M.Sc., and SRF in Ph.D. He is the recipient of the Certificate of Excellence Award from Elsevier Researcher Academy, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Dr. Neha Pandey is currently an Assistant Professor cum Junior Scientist, Department of Extension Education, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour. She pursued her B.Sc. Ag. (Hons.) from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, B.C.K.V. V Mohanpur, West Bengal in 2013. She received the ICAR National Talent Scholarship during her entire B.Sc program. She did an M.Sc from the Institute of Agriculture Science, Department of Extension Education Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, U.P., and received an ICAR-Junior Research Fellowship. Dr. Pandey has been Awarded with BHU Gold Medal during her M.Sc degree programme.
Shruti Samadder is an accomplished agricultural researcher with a PhD in Agricultural Extension Education from Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa. She holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture from Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Gujarat, and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, West Bengal. A recipient of the NTA Fellowship, she has also qualified ASRB NET (2019 & 2021) and won the Best Oral Presentation Award at IEEC-BHU (2021). She has written 3 research papers, 4 book chapters, and 4 popular articles. Her research focuses on ICT utilization in agriculture, climate resilience, and farmer extension strategies, with multiple publications in high-impact journals and book chapters. Recognized for her contributions, she has served as a rapporteur at national-level conferences and received the Best Research Scholar Award from the Green Agri Professional Society in 2023.
Kumari Sushmita is currently pursuing her M.Sc. in the Department of Extension Education and Communication Management, College of Community Science at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar. She has completed her B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science from College of Community and Applied Sciences, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur, Rajasthan in 2023. She has received the Young Achiever Award in the International Conference on “AgriTech Intelligence and Beyond: Cutting Edge Innovations in Agriculture and Allied Sciences” (AI-CIAS)-2024 SKUAST-Kashmir. She is a life member of the Agriculture Forum for Technical Education of Farming Society (AFTEFS). She has presented research papers at international conferences and has authored 4 research and review papers, a book, 7 book chapters, and 2 popular articles in reputed journals.
