Dr. Vijay Pal is an Assistant Professor of Agronomy and Associate NCC Officer (Lieutenant) at Janta Vedic College, Baraut, U.P. He holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy from BHU, Varanasi, and qualified ICAR–JRF, SRF, and NET. His expertise includes tillage, cropping systems, mulching, and soil fertility. He has published 12+ research papers, authored books, and actively mentors students and NCC cadets for careers in defense and public services.
Dr. Satish R. Imade
Dr. Satish R. Imade is an Assistant Professor of Agronomy at ANCA, Warora, affiliated with Dr. P.D.K.V., Akola (Maharashtra). He holds B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Agronomy and has qualified ASRB NET. With extensive experience in cotton research, agro-meteorology, and teaching, he has published numerous research papers, book chapters, and articles, and has received the Young Scientist and commendable Ph.D. thesis awards.
Dr. Amit Kumar
Dr. Amit Kumar is a Scientist (Agronomy) at the ICAR RC for NEH Region, Sikkim Centre, Tadong, Gangtok, Sikkim. He earned his B.Sc. (Ag) from ANDUA&T, Ayodhya; M.Sc. (Ag) Agronomy from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar and Ph.D. from ICAR–IARI, New Delhi. His research focuses on natural resource management. He has published 123+ papers and actively promotes farmer-oriented technologies in Himalayan agro-ecosystems.
Dr. Ashok Kumar
Dr. Ashok Kumar is Head of Regional Centre, ICAR RC for NEH Region, Sikkim Centre, Tadong, Gangtok, Sikkim. He holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture and a Ph.D. in Horticulture from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar. With over 23 years of experience, he specializes in natural resource management, horticulture, protected cultivation, and biodiversity, and has published extensively in reputed journals, books, and conferences.
Dr. Saurav Saha
Dr. Saurav Saha is a Senior Scientist (Agricultural Physics) at the ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Sikkim. He holds B.Sc. (Ag) from BCKV and M.Sc. and Ph.D. from IARI, New Delhi. With 13 years of experience in the NE Himalayan region, his work focuses on climate change, agrometeorology, and community-based extension, contributing significantly to tribal livelihood improvement and sustainable agricultural development.
